Só um coisinha:
“De menor” embora seja bastante usado não é correto. Eu por exemplo não uso, soa meio feio e bastante errado.
A gente pode dizer simplesmente “Menor”: “Ele é menor” ou “Ele é menor de idade”

Quando minha familia e eu, nós visitamos Guatemala, eu iria à loja e compraria a cerveja para meu pai, mesmo que só tive 8 anos. Não vejo problema com isso, acho que é melhor–os países que não têm edade menor não têm os mesmos problemas com o álcool (más isso é uma discussão pra outro tempo).
